About the challenge:

Financial wellbeing can sound overwhelming for employees, which is why the challenge is broken down into daily tasks and tips. Most daily challenges can be completed in under 10 minutes.

Financial Wellbeing Challenge pro-tips:

As employees complete the 30-Day challenge, share these tips and tricks to see the best results.

  • Look out for daily emails: Their first email(s) could come to their Promotions folder. Suggest they move them to the Primary inbox, so they can receive your daily challenge messages.
  • If they miss a day, don’t give up: The goal is progress, not perfection! Even if employees just do 25 or 15 of the challenges, they can still achieve a big improvement in their financial wellbeing.
  • Do what’s right for their personal situation: At LearnLux, we know that there’s no such thing as one-size-fits-all financial guidance. This challenge was built by experts to work for individuals at all levels of financial wellbeing, but encourage employees to only participate in activities that feel right for them. If questions come up, LearnLux's team of experts are here to help.
  • Keep it up afterward: Improving employee financial wellbeing is an ongoing process. Consider offering continued financial wellbeing programs to help your workforce success.
